At MEEM Eyewear, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The product is returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, and cleaning cloth.
A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery:
Contact lenses
Customized or prescription eyeglasses
Prescription lenses
Gift cards
Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Photos of the product
Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if the claim is approved.
4. Exchange Policy
Products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability and provided the item meets our return eligibility requirements.
5. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.
