4. Prescription Disclaimer
Unless specifically stated, our products are supplied as frames or sunglasses only.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any prescription lenses fitted by an optical professional are suitable for their prescription.
MEEM EYEWEAR LLC is not responsible for incorrect prescription information provided by customers or third parties.
5. Pricing
All prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).
Prices include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.

Cancel orders affected by pricing mistakes
6. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to:
Refuse any order
Cancel orders suspected of fraud
Limit quantities purchased
If an order is cancelled after payment, the amount paid will be refunded using the original payment method.

9. Returns and Refunds
Returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
Products may be eligible for return if:

The item has a manufacturing defect
For hygiene and safety reasons, products showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery may not be eligible for return unless required by applicable law.
